How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?
We offer Standard and Next Day delivery options. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while Next Day delivery is available for orders placed before 4 PM GMT. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unworn, have all tags attached, and are in their original packaging. Please note that certain items like earrings and face masks are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and a link to the courier's website so you can monitor your parcel's progress.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options like Klarna and Clearpay.

Can I amend or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we are unable to make changes or cancellations once an order has been confirmed. You may, however, return the items for a refund once they arrive.
